What does it cost to become a Casual on ASAP Casuals?
ASAP Casuals is absolutely FREE to Casuals.
How will Employers contact me?
Employers will send you a job offer via SMS. Some employers may SMS you work reminders before the shift.
What do I need to do when I receive a work offer?
You need to bid for the work offer or decline it by return SMS. If you don't bid immediately for a work offer, you may miss out on the offer altogether.
What happens to my availability if I decline a work offer?
Accepting or declining a work offer does not make any changes to your availability. Only once you have been booked (when you receive a work confirmation) will you be no longer available for that day
What happens to my availability when I receive a work confirmation SMS?
Once you have received confirmation of a work offer from the employer, you will no longer be available online for that day.
What happens if I haven't entered my availability?
You will still be on our database, but a search will not return your details until you have entered your availability. Employers will not be able to contact you, unless you have entered your availability.
What details will be shown in a search?
A search will return details that you have provided in your profile, such as your name, photo, suburb, resume, interests, qualifications and positions you are interested in. It will also let an employer know, when you last logged into the system.
Will a search show my address and telephone details?
No, except for the suburb you live in, your address and telephone details will not be published.

What can I use ASAP Casuals for?
Employers can use ASAP Casuals to manage their own staff (Casuals, Part-timers and Permanents) and to search for new staff online. ASAP Casuals is an online and mobile enabled staff booking system, that allows employers to communicate with their staff via SMS to fill shifts. Employers can now do their rosters, book their staff and send work reminders all from one convenient location.
What is the core advantage of using ASAP Casuals?
ASAP Casuals holds a patent pending for its core technology. Two functionalities make ASAP Casuals distinctly different to any other application. ASAP's availability system allows staff members to enter their availability to work online. Employers looking for staff to fill shifts will only be able to contact staff members that are actually available to work, making ASAP Casuals very efficient - saving you both time and money when doing your rosters. ASAP's core technology is mobile-enabled. This means that you can get updates on your rosters or book staff even when you're out, giving you ultimate flexibility and control.
What does it cost to use ASAP Casuals?
ASAP Casual offers a range of attractive Member Plans to Employers. Please refer to our Payment Plans.
Can I use ASAP Casuals only to find new staff?
You can. Registered employers can screen our database of Casuals and contact them via SMS to arrange for an interview or send them a work offer directly and judge their performance for themselves . Please refer to our Payment Plans for information on using ASAP's Public Casual Pool.
Can I use ASAP Casuals to get access to my own staff as well as public staff?
In your Preferences you can select the look-up order of staff. For example you may wish to contact your permanent staff first, followed by your own casuals and only once your own resources are exhausted look at ASAP Public Casual Pool.
What happens if I change details or times of an event?
This will update your event details. It will not change the times of shifts.
What happens if I change the times of a shift?
The Casuals will be notified of the change and offered to accept or reject the new shift.
How do I cancel a shift?
Choose the shift you would like to cancel, select from the drop-down list 'Delete this shift' and click update. This will notify the Casual that his/her shift has been cancelled.
