Not only can you create all your shifts online from work or from home, ASAP Casuals ensures that your rosters are always up to date. There is no need for messy pin-up rosters any longer. Any changes you make, will be instantly updated in your calendar.
Your staff can benefit from accessing their shift details online too. No longer need staff to come into work to check their rosters or to check for any changes to a roster. Nor will you have to answer any roster queries from your staff over the phone.
All your nominated staff can access their shift details online in their own online diary, whether they are full-timers, part-timers or temporary staff with varying shifts. Furthermore they can add their own appointments to their diary, rendering them instantly unavailable for the duration of the appointment.
Any changes you make to allocated shifts, will automatically be updated online and SMS’d to the Casual, whether it is a cancellation or a change in times. Similarly, a casual can cancel a shift they previously accepted via SMS, alerting you to find another candidate for the shift.
Finally, you can view your staff’s shifts and hours in a weekly roster summary.
