Reminders and Alerts
Once you have booked your staff, you can elect ASAP Casuals to send your staff automatic work reminders. It is as simple as configuring your settings to allow work reminders and determine how long before the shift you would like reminders to be sent.
You may also wish to receive alerts relating to upcoming shifts by selecting Shift Alerts in your preferences. Shift Alerts are SMS messages sent from the system to the business. They relate to last minute changes to scheduled shifts, eg. where a casual cancels a shift short before the event. This allows you to seek an alternative candidate in time for the shift and is a handy way to keep informed even if you’re out of the office short before the event.
Should you be unable to return to your desk to source a replacement, you can use ASAP Casuals mobile-enabled and simplified search, availability and booking facility.
Best of all, you only pay a once only finders fee when you transfer a casual from the Public Pool to Your Casuals for the very first time or when you allocate a shift directly to a public casual.
