To give you ultimate flexibility ASAP Casuals uses a SMS platform for all its communications.
- Book Staff 2 SMS's (indication only)
- Search Staff from your mobile 1 SMS (indication only)
- Send Reminders or receive Alerts 1 SMS (indication only)
- Free-text Message 1 SMS

Monthly Plan and SMS rates are quoted exclusive of GST.
*SMS usage in excess of the Monthly Plan allowance, will be charged additionally. ASAP Casuals do not charge any excess SMS at penalty rates, but honour the same SMS rate as in your plan.
Members can upgrade their plan at anytime to gain access to cheaper SMS rates.
ASAP's Public Casual Pool
Looking at supplementing your Casual Staff Pool with ASAP Casuals? Now you can easily search for new Casuals online and transfer any Casual of your choice to your Casuals. Then simply text them an invitation for an interview or offer them directly a shift via SMS.
You can use Casuals that you have sourced from the public pool over and over again, you only pay once when you first contacted them or transferred them to your Casuals.

How can I save more money?
- Book your Casuals most of the time online. Use mobile enabled searches in emergencies or when you are out and about.
- Contact your most reliable staff, that are likely to accept an offer first.
- Contact multiple Casuals simultaneously, especially when you need staff fast.
