Booking Staff
Booking Staff has never being easier. All you need to do is create shifts, check who is available and allocate the shifts to your casuals. You can send a work offer to your staff member of choice or have ASAP Casuals determine the best fit.
You can make a work offer to casuals individually or choose to send work offers to multiple casuals, with the first casual to bid for the shift receiving the shift.
You no longer need to ask staff for their availability, or make calls to staff that aren't available for the shift you wanted. Casuals enter their availability in their profile and the system will contact only available staff. In effect if a casual is not available you will be unable to allocate a shift to them, saving you both time and money.
