If you run out of Casuals that could fill your shift, you can resort to a public pool of Casuals ready to work.
You simply search our Public Pool according to your requirements, and ASAP Casuals will return to you the best-fit candidates. You can study the candidates profile and choose whom you would like to make a work offer.
In emergencies you may even wish to make a work offer to multiple Casuals. The first candidate to accept your offer, will receive the shift.
Best of all, only pay a once only finders fee when you transfer a casual from the Public Pool to Your Casuals or if you choose to allocate shifts directly to a public casual.
