Please read the Terms of Use carefully and if you do not agree with them, please do not register as a member. The terms and conditions are subject to change by ASAP Casuals at any time. Please note that ASAP Casuals Pty Ltd reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time for any reason.

Eligibility to become a User
You must be eighteen years of age or over to become a registered user of ASAP Casuals. By registering you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this agreement and that you abide by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement and that you are at least 18 years of age.
As an adult you are solely responsible for any information contained in your profile and all of your communications with other ASAP Casuals users.
Users
The term 'users' includes casual staff and employers.
Warranties, Representations and Acknowledgements
By registering you agree to abide by the "Web Site Terms of Use' and you are acknowledging, warranting and representing to ASAP Casuals and its users that:
- You are an adult of at least 18 years of age.
- You will fairly and correctly represent yourself on the web site. You will not knowingly post false or misleading information in your profile, or pretend to be another person.
- You will be civil and polite to other users and not be rude to them, disparaging of them, or abusive to them.
- You will not harass other users by continuing to attempt to communicate with someone who has clearly indicated to you to cease communications. You will not use ASAP Casuals to send junk mail, spam or use the function for commercial/ promotional purposes.
- ASAP Casuals reserves the right to suspend any users who violate these rules and to remove any content of profiles that knowingly to us contain false or misleading information or that may violate the privacy rights of third parties. This may include, but is not limited to names, addresses and contact details, and any media that may identify a person.
- ASAP Casuals cannot control all content published on the web site. You may find other users representations inaccurate, dishonest, misleading or deceptive. You are solely responsible for the use of the web site and interactions with other users and agree to act responsibly and exercise caution, common sense and safety when using the site.
- ASAP Casuals is not responsible for any information that is communicated between users directly. This may include, but is not limited to: personal representations, information regarding work experience and references.
- You will not use this web site in connection with any commercial or other endeavours which may be illegal or unauthorised.
Fees, Cancellations and Refunds
Registrations of Casual Staff is FREE of charge.
Registration of Employers and access to the web site is subject to payment of fees to ASAP Casuals and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Sale. ASAP Casuals reserves the right to alter these fees at any time without notice.
ASAP Casuals reserves the right to terminate your access to the web site without reason or notice. ASAP Casuals will terminate access to the website immediately, if you breach any of the warranties or representations referred to above and you will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid.
